In her own words ...

Where are you from, and why did you choose to study at UGA/CAES?
I am from Padova, Italy. I decided to study at UGA because I think it will give me a strong education background and many job opportunities.

What is your major/degree program, and what department?
Ph.D. in Crop and Soil Sciences, specializing in peanut physiology.

Why did you choose your major?
I think the world is in need of agronomy scientists and researchers that can potentially increase food production while decreasing pollution/global changing derived from agriculture.

What is your favorite class you have taken?
Crop Physiology

Who has been your favorite instructor?
Dr. John Snider

What has been the best experience you've had so far at the college?
Meeting new people and other professors.

What do you want to do with what you have learned here?
I would like to be able to use my acknowledgment into my future job in order to improve it.

How has your experience at UGA changed you?
I became more mature and I developed a better sense of working in a team. 

What do you like to do outside of class — hobbies, interests, secret talents?
I like to paint, travel and discover new places and their culture.
